Currently at Citi, where I’ve led key UX initiatives over the past 3 years, I previously led UX design teams for AT&T during my tenure with Tech Mahindra. I specialize in aligning UX with regulatory complexity, operational scale, and measurable business goals.

Most recently, I’ve been exploring how AI-integrated UX can unlock trust and clarity in high-stakes environments—drawing from recent certifications and hands-on prototyping in conversational design.
